Kosher Lunch Menus

Kosher lunches are sponsored by the Hillsborough County Department of Aging Services. Meals are served at the Jewish Towers, 3001 W. DeLeon, 11:30 a.m. - noon. There is no charge. Menus subject to change. Call 272-5160 or visit www.hillsboroughcounty.org/aging for more information.
Week of Feb. 8 – 12
Monday: Barbecue chicken legs, mashed potatoes, carrots,
whole grain bread, mixed fruit cup.
Tuesday: Hamburger patty w/bun, baked beans, coleslaw,
pear cup.
Wednesday: Scalloped potatoes w/turkey, red & green
peppers, broccoli & cauliflower, whole wheat bread, hot
cran-applesauce.
Thursday: Baked ziti w/meat sauce, Italian mixed vegetables,
tossed salad, whole wheat bread, fresh fruit.
Friday: Baked fish w/Creole sauce, rice pilaf, peas, whole
wheat bread, sugar cookie.

Week of Feb. 15 – 19
Monday: Veal patty w/vegetable gravy, mashed potatoes,
spinach, whole grain bread, oatmeal raisin cookie.
Tuesday: Turkey & rice casserole w/red & green peppers,
Harvard beets, green beans, whole wheat bread, peach
cup.
Wednesday: Beef stew, carrots, tossed salad, whole wheat
bread, applesauce.
Thursday: Meatballs w/brown gravy, potatoes O’Brien, peas,
whole wheat bread, fresh fruit.
Friday: Oven baked chicken w/vegetable gravy, broccoli, cabbage
& carrots, whole wheat bread, mixed fruit cup.
Week of Feb. 22 – 26
Monday: Baked meatloaf w/brown gravy, mashed potatoes,
spinach, whole grain bread, fresh fruit.
Tuesday: Turkey w/gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, peas,
whole wheat bread, fruit cup.
Wednesday: Stuffed pepper casserole, green beans, carrots,
whole wheat bread, sugar cookie.
Thursday: Frankfurter w/hot dog bun, baked beans w/tomato,
cole slaw, hot cinnamon apples.
Friday: Lemon pepper chicken, broccoli, homestyle potatoes,
whole wheat bread, diced peaches w/crispy topping.
