Bar/Bat Mitzvahs

Eli David Reback

Eli David Reback, son of Shelley Reback and Patrick Hunt of Tampa and Ft. Lauderdale, will be called to the Torah as a Bar Mitzvah on Saturday, March 13 at Congregation Schaarai Zedek in Tampa.

A seventh grade Principal’s List student at Woodrow Wilson Middle School, Eli was invited to participate in the Duke University Talent Identification Program. Eli enjoys creative writing and recently was awarded a prize for his essay by the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library.

Eli plays the piano and viola and enjoys sports, video game and Fantasy Baseball. For his mitzvah project he collected pet food for animal rescue groups and is also donating to Jewish Heart for Africa, which is bringing Israeli solar technologies to rural African Villages.

Shelley and Patrick will host a dinner reception at the Safari Lodge at Lowry Park Zoo on Saturday evening, March 13.

Special guests will include family and friends from New York, California and Pennsylvania.
