Hadassah

At the Trop: Join the Tampa Bay Hadassah Associates at Tropicana Field on Sunday, April 11, at 1:40 p.m. as the Tampa Bay Rays take on the New York Yankees. The cost is $65 for lower box seats. Mah jongg: The Chai Group of Brandon Hadassah is planning a mah jongg tournament Tuesday, April 13 from 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the Riverhills Golf and County Club in Valrico. Genealogy Society

Tombstone tales: A team of veteran genealogists of the Jewish Genealogical Society of Tampa Bay will speak on genealogical clues that can be found in cemeteries during a meeting Sunday, April 18 at Gulf Coast Jewish Family Services, 14041 Icot Blvd., Clearwater, A social with refreshments and library access starts at 1:30 p.m. and the program begins at 2 p.m.

Rita Shapiro and Vicki Adelson will tell how to locate the cemeteries where your ancestors are buried and the types of genealogical clues that can be found on headstones as well as internet resources such as the JewishGen Online Worldwide Burial Register. Alzheimer’s Group: The Alzheimer’s Support Group meets the first Thursday of the month from 4-5 p.m. at Menorah Manor in St. Petersburg. Facilitated by
