David LeVine, MD, has been named Chief Medical Officer. He has been the medical director of Menorah Manor for almost 20 years. A board certified family practitioner and a geriatrician, he has a private practice in St. Petersburg.

“His compassion and his expertise are invaluable,” Seiden said. Anabelle Locsin, Ed.D., R.N., who has been the director or Nursing at Menorah Manor since 2005, is now Chief Nursing Officer.

She came to Menorah Manor with extensive clinical, management and academic experience “Anabelle is the consummate professional, and Menorah Manor is extremely lucky to have her lead the core service at Menorah Manor,” Seiden said.

Judy Ludin is getting the title of Chief Development and Community Relations Officer. Ludin joined Menorah Manor in 1990 with extensive experience in public and investor relations.

She is responsible for the Foundation’s Development Program, and for community relations. “Judy’s great love for Jewish seniors comes through clearly in her work,” said Seiden. “Menorah Manor is fortunate to have someone as highly respected and professional as Judy Ludin.”
