TIKVAH talk May 18 to target ‘picky eating’
The TIKVAH Special Needs Program at Tampa Jewish Family Services invites the community to a panel discussion of finnicky eaters.
Independent Living, Inc., will present a panel discussion on “Picky Eating, Sensory Issues, and Related Topics” at the Tuesday, May 18 TIVKAH Talk program.
Panelists will include speech, occupational and physical therapists.
Topics will include:
• Problematic Feeding vs. Non-problematic Feeding
• Indications of Sensory Issues vs. ADD/ ADHD
• Speech and Language Milestones
• Physical development. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions for members of the panel.
TIKVAH Talk will be held from 7-9 p.m. at the Tampa Jewish Community Center, located off Gunn Highway near the Veterans Expressway.
TIKVAH Talk is open to the community and a voluntary $5 donation is appreciated.
