Cong. Kol Ami
Jewish meditation: Join Rabbi Bob Judd every Wednesday at 7 p.m., before minyan, for an introduction to Jewish Meditation in the synagogue chapel. Rabbi Judd will teach basic Jewish meditation techniques. Participants will discuss and put what is learned into practice.
Torah class: Join Rabbi Judd on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. for a presentation on the Torah’s Parasha of the week, followed by a discussion.
Job networking event: The Kol Ami Social Action Committee organizes monthly job networking meetings with industry professionals – helping job seekers stand out in their job search. Catch the Rays: Watch the Tampa Bay Rays play the Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday, June 27 at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg. To join the group from Schaarai Zedek, RSVP to the temple immediately. Cost is $10 per person.

Annual meeting: The congregational meeting, installation of the new board and an awards ceremony will be on Sunday, June 27 at 10 a.m. A complimentary brunch will be served. RSVPs appreciated.
Movie day: Enjoy an afternoon of movie for all ages, with free admission and refreshments available for purchase on Sunday, July 18.

Café Shabbat: On Saturday, July 17 at 9 a.m. come for breakfast sponsored by the Muschol family in honor of the Beth Am board and then participate in Shabbat services at 10:30 a.m. There will also be a matinee showing and discussion of the 1989 Woody Allen film Crimes and Misdemeanors as well as a showing of Prince of Egypt. Also, after services there will be a potluck lunch with ice cream sundaes.
