Correction

In the 2010 Bar & Bat Mitzvah Planning Guide, published Aug. 13, in a story about divorced parents, Lawrence Goldberg and Kim Goldberg, the Jewish Press incorrectly said the father was given the right to plan and have their son’s Bar Mitzvah at the synagogue of his choice.

According to court documents, both parents agreed to a mutual Bar Mitzvah at Congregation B’nai Israel. They then had separate parties.
