Knesset bloc unveils peace plan: Total Palestinian surrender

Appeals court allows family to sue for Nazi-looted painting

(JTA) – A US Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled the family of Lilly Cassirer may sue the Thyssen- Bornemisza Museum in Madrid for return of the 1897 painting “Rue Saint-Honoré, Après-midi, Effet de Pluie,” a Paris street scene by Camille Pissarro, which is valued at a minimum of $40 million.
