Winning art on display at airport

The art exhibit can be seen at Tampa International through Dec. 8.

A crowd gathered Nov. 9, at Tampa International Airport for the opening of the Shine A Light on Antisemitism Youth Art Contest exhibit.

The annual competition is sponsored by the Tampa JCC and Federation.

Twenty award-winning works of art created by students in grades 4-12 are featured in this unique showcase. Several of the students were on hand for the opening reception.

Visitors traveling through airport can see the exhibit on the second floor ticketing level through Dec. 8.

The artwork also has been displayed at other public venues including Tampa City Hall.
